I am the Regional Director of the Department of Nutrition at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. I hold a Master's degree in Food Studies from New York University, a certification in Local Food Production from the University of Vermont, and a Certificate in Food Design from Universidad Centro. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Sustainability Innovation. Previously, I worked at Grupo Modelo in the area of corporate relations from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, I started my Master's Degree in Food Studies at New York University, where I had the opportunity to work on various research projects related to food choice and the food system. In 2012, I started working as the coordinator of the BSc in Nutrition at Tec de Monterrey in Mexico City. Presently, I am serving as the Regional Director of the Nutrition Department at the Mexico City campus
