About
Sally Ayyad is a registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), with a special interest in Public Health and disease prevention against non-communicable diseases and malnutrition. She holds an MSc in Human Nutrition from St Mary’s University, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and is currently studying Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee.
She is also registered Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), acknowledged by the Medical Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) in the USA. She received her Health and Wellness training at Mayo Clinic in the USA and is particularly interested in supporting patient activation and engagement.
At the NNEdPro Global Centre for Nutrition and Health, Sally is a Research Associate (Nutrition Research and Innovation Consortium), involved in a number of projects emphasizing nutrition education, translating evidence into practice and addressing the double burden of Malnutrition.
