Melissa Adamski (MND, BSc APD) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and PhD candidate with Monash University researching effective communication of nutrition information by healthcare professionals in the online era. Melissa also has a strong interest in nutrition education for healthcare professionals having lead a number of professional education courses run through Monash Nutrition including the popular suite of Food as Medicine courses for healthcare professionals. Melissa has worked in dietetics for over 10 years both as a private practice dietitian and corporate dietitian with particular interests in travel nutrition and nutritional genomics. Melissa is a member of Dietitians Australia NNEdPro the International Academy of Nutrition Educators (IANE).
