I am a member of the NNEdPro Virtual Core, and am currently in the final stages of my PhD at the University of Cambridge, in the department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. My project is supervised by Professor Ianthi Tsimpli and Professor Sumantra (Shumone) Ray, and explores the intersection of nutrition education, language, communication, and cognition, with specific focus on the NNEdPro Mobile Teaching Kitchen intervention in Kolkata, India. I have further research interests in global health, women's health, education equity, literacy and communication, and the accessibility of health and nutrition information.

I also hold an MPhil in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from the University of Cambridge, and and an undergraduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham. I am registered with the Association for Nutrition as a Registered Associate Nutritionist.
