I'm James and I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) living and working in the UK. I'm originally from Cork, where I studied Nutritional Sciences at University College Cork before completing a masters degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Chester. I now work as a dietitian in London, working in renal medicine and bariatric surgery.

Within NNEdPro, I function as Lead of the Global Innovation Panel (GIP). I have been working with NNEdPro since 2017 when I joined as an intern during my undergraduate work placement.
