I'm James and I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) living and working in Cork, Ireland. I studied Nutritional Sciences at University College Cork before completing a Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Chester. I worked in the NHS in London for 5 years before returning to Ireland.

I have been working with NNEdPro since 2017 when I joined as an intern during my undergraduate work placement. I have held multiple roles over the years including lead for the Global Innovation Panel (GIP), lead coordinator for the Foundation Certificate Course in Nutrition and assistant editor on Elsevier Essentials of Nutrition in Medicine and Healthcare (2023).
