Within the NNEdPro Board of Directors, those registered as Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) with UK Companies House comprise the Governance and Finance Committee (GFC), which reports to the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FinARC). Additionally, the Strategic Advisory Committee (SAC) provides independent advice to PSCs and Directors. An annual strategy day is convened each year bringing together the Directors, FinARC and SAC.

The GFC is also responsible for convening scientific and ethical review panels relating to projects and initiatives which require independent peer review. The GFC oversees the Projects, Operations and Strategy Team (POST), under which there are committees with delegated responsibility for Education, Events and EDI.
