I originally trained as a nutritional scientist, and hold a BSc in Nutritional Sciences from University College Cork, Ireland. I am also an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition.

I hold an MSc Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Chester, UK. I am a HCPC Registered Dietitian and currently hold a Band 5 position with the NHS.

Within NNEdPro, I function as Science & Digital Communications Lead, Deputy Co-chair for the Nutrition & COVID-19 Taskforce and BMJ-Nutrition Liasion
