CABI: Food Science & Nutrition Cases
NNEdPro contributes to CABI Food Science & Nutrition Cases (FSNC), an applied, peer-reviewed platform presenting real-world examples of nutrition and food-related work in practice. These case studies provide context-driven analyses of programmes, interventions, and research across clinical, community, and food system settings. They are designed to illustrate how evidence is applied in practice, while supporting learning, critical thinking, and informed decision-making.
As an educational and professional resource, the platform supports students, educators, researchers, and practitioners by offering insights into both effective approaches and lessons learned from implementation. All case studies are peer reviewed, globally accessible, and grounded in practice, contributing to capacity building and knowledge exchange across diverse contexts.
Mobile Teaching Kitchen (MTK)
Real-world case studies examining the design, implementation, and impact of the MTK model across different communities and regions.
