Saeeda Ahmed is Associate Director for NNEDPRO and has a portfolio of leadership roles she is undertaking in order to improve lives, communities, climate action and economic growth. She has over twenty years of international impact and sustainability experience.

She has recently set up Sustainable Cities Global and Halal Space for utilising her existing global networks and successful track record.

She has led, designed and successfully implemented projects in health and wellness, voluntary carbon markets, sustainable housing, skills and labour market solutions, community regeneration, global halal economy, climate action and the 17 sustainable development goals. She is a multiple award winner and has extensive on the ground relationships in Latin America, Middle East and North Africa, South East Asia, Africa, India, Pakistan and North America.

She has signed ground-breaking agreements with a number of governments, country based stakeholders and investors to implement turnkey solutions to create sustainable cities which tackle food security, waste to energy, sustainable housing, health and wellness and education and skills building for local communities (and powered by carbon offset credits).
