Current reserach and quality improvement projects include Nutrional care of Adult Patients (NUTCAP) that is setting out to improve nutritional care in a range of clinical settings from Acute physical health, MH and community settings; improving medical, nursing and health professional education, including strategies for developing curricula and content; healthy nutrition and healthier planet; and sustainable food production.
