Hello! I'm a Food Science student at the University of Parma and an intern researcher at CREA (Council for Agricultural Research and Economics) in Italy. I aim to improve the food system in terms of quality, accessibility and efficiency. In particular, I’m currently working on a research project related to reusing and recycling byproducts that come from food industries.
