Dominic is a specialty trainee in gastroenterology and general internal medicine in London, UK. He is currently also an NIHR academic clinical fellow in hepatology at the Sheila Sherlock Liver Centre at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and University College London Institute of Liver and Digestive Health. His research interests centre on population health, particularly non-communicable diseases, multimorbidity, and the role of diet and lifestyle in disease prevention and management [https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1401-6930].

Dominic has been a member of NNEdPro since 2018. He currently sits on the International Virtal Core and on the Board of Director as an Associate Director. His previous roles include Executive Co-chair of the NNEdPro Nutrition and COVID-19 Taskforce from March 2020 until January 2023. He was Lead Organiser of the 8th International Summit on Nutrition and Health: Empowering Global Nutrition with Digital Technology (2022).
