NNEdPro accepted poster presentations of original research at our conference on 20th July.
Abstract submission guidelines
Original abstracts for poster presentation should be submitted to fit one of the following 4 categories:
Recent advances in macro/micro/novel nutrients research
Hydration/Hydration Education for Health
Medical/Healthcare Education & Related Research
Applied Clinical/Public Health Nutrition
All abstracts had to be submitted by email only to email@example.com with the email subject: Summit 18 Poster Abstract
We asked candidates to please state in their email whether their poster was to be considered for the poster competition and in which category it was related to. Also to indicate the days they would be attending the conference.
All abstracts had to be in English and the abstract title, authors, affiliations and body of the abstract should not exceed 250 words (approx. 1600 characters). It would not be permitted to proceed if it did not meet these guidelines. Tables, charts and/or figures were allowed. Each author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.
The title of the poster was the same as the title on the submitted abstract. Abstracts were not edited by the organisers and author corrections were not be accepted after the final submission deadline. Abstracts were checked for accuracy prior to submission.
Candidates were informed of the decision regarding acceptance of their abstract for a poster (no oral presentation).
Only registered delegates were permitted to present abstracts, therefore at least one author was required to register and pay all applicable fees to attend the Summit and present the poster. If the poster was part of the poster competition, only the first author was permitted to present the poster. The presenting author was required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. Submission of an abstract acknowledges acceptance for the abstract to be published in the Summit Handbook.
